How to write in the exam:
If you have read based on the above mentioned frame, you can easily write any and all questions. However, since the exam is a technical matter and you have to solve many questions in a short time, sometimes the exam may not be as expected. So when writing the exam, pay attention to the following 10 things :
1) Determine the time to write an answer to a question based on the number of questions to be asked in the exam, the weight of those questions and the total time. For example: if the total time is three hours and the total number of questions is 10, then set aside 16-18 minutes for one question. Even if you have a question that you know a lot about, don't write more than the allotted time.
2) Once the question paper is in your hand, read it carefully. It is said that to understand a question well is to solve it 50 percent. So don't rush to write.
4) Do not leave any question that you do not know. Write down anything. Even a small number comes.
5) Divide the question into three main sections. Introduce yourself in the first section. Give a brief but forceful introduction. In the second, explain and analyze the answer sought by the question. If you have asked more than one question in a row, divide the second section into different subdivisions. And, write the conclusion in the last section. Make the conclusion sharp and forceful. As mentioned above, in the conclusion section, based on the question asked, refer to the current situation and present in a positive way who should do what to solve the problem.
6) Write the answer in a positive way. Even if the situation is very delicate, identify the negative in a positive way. For example, what is the state of good governance in Nepal? Discuss. When the question arises, start the answer like this, 'Various other constitutional, policy, legal, institutional and other arrangements have been made to fulfill the aspirations of the people for lasting peace, development and prosperity by maintaining good governance in Nepal. However, the state of good governance seems weak. '
7) Don't write too many answers. Present the answer in a sweet and concise way with facts and figures. According to the question, the answer can be presented in a pictorial manner.
8) Use short and simple sentences when writing answers. Don't use unnecessarily long and literary sentences. Write clear letters. Pay some attention to grammar.
9) You can write the answer according to the need in droplet or paragraph form.
10) After writing the answers to all the questions, look at what you have written at the end. If something goes wrong, correct it. If you miss something to write, add it. If we can pay attention to the above mentioned things, we can definitely succeed in the competition of public service.
